Heimdalentofarm.dk is owned by Heimdal Entofarm Aps(CVR-nr 37590339), Hejmdalvej 10, 6880 Tarm.

The following conditions apply for trading at Heimdalentofarm.dk:

Orders, confirmation and invoicing etc.

Orders are only accepted through the website Heimdalentofarm.dk or special deals or offers can be arranged. Contact Søren : soren@heimdalentofarm.dk

When you have placed an order, you will recieve a confirmation on your order in an e-mail.

When we send your goods you will recieve an invoice in your mailbox. On the invoice you can see if there were products we could not deliver. You can check your invoice with the packet you recieve, if everything is there as agreed.

The invoice is sent off to you when the goods are on it's way to you. 

Payment

When you shop as a private costumer at Heimdalentofarm.dk you need to use credit card and MobilePay.

You can use the following credit cards: VISA-dankort, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron.

To protect your card information, a certified payment module provider is used, who guarentees that all data is processed encrypted and sent via safe connection SLL, that means than neither we or others can gain access.

Are there goods we cannot deliver, we reduce your payment accordingly.

Business and public costumers can pay by invoice or EAN, too. You need to contact costumer service to be qualified as invoice costumer.

Prices

All prices on Heimdalentofarm.dk are incl. VAT, unless it´s clearly written that it's not. Delivery costs will be added. Read more below at "Delivery".

You can see the cost in total and delivery costs in the basket.

Prices are ongoing changing along with greneral price development and offers. Your price will always be the price at the time the order was placed.

Heimdalentofarm.dk take reservations for actual change in charges, typing error, price- and proofreading error, tecnical error, goods out of stock, missing delivery and force majeure.

Free delivery

Bestiller du for mere end 350 kr. (inkl. moms, men ekskl. pant, emballage og leveringsgebyr), får du altid fri levering. Uanset i hvilket postnummer du bor.

For leveringer under 350 kr. kan der vælges:

Parcelshop: 48DKK.
Distribution business: 58DKK.
Distibution privat: 68DKK.

 

Complaint

All deliveries are manually packed and in this process checked for any defects before they go out. However should you recieve a product, which doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know so that we can correct the error.

All claims should be reported as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days after recieving your goods. Contact us on our contact page or call 93311659.

If we have a delayed delivery we will contact you, and we will deliver as soon as possible.

Information on avenues of complaint.

A complaint about goods bought with us, which can not be resolved amicably by contacting us directly, can be submitted to: Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can submit you complaint to Center for Klageløsning via http://www.forbrug.dk/.

EU-Commission's online complaint portal can be used by submitting a complaint. That is most relevant for costumers living in another EU-country. Submit complains here - http://ec.europa.eu/odrWhen submitting a complaint you need to state our e-mail adresse, which is kundeservice@Heimdalentofarm.dk.

Right of withdrawal

We supply food for housekeep ongoing use. Therefore there is no right of withdrawal on these goods.

Registration of data

When you place an order at Heimdalentofarm.dk, you need to inform us your name, adress, telephone number and e-mail adress. We need this information to deliver you order and keep you informed about your order.

Your data is keep safely and according to the Personal Data Act.

Your data will not be sold, handed over or in any other way given on to 3rd party. As registered costumer you always have the right for insight, as you have the right to make objection against registration. If you have questions, you are always welcome to write us or call.

Registered comtumers will recieve a few service e-mails from us concerning any changes around delivery and other practical information relating holiday etc.

Analysis tools

At Heimdalentofarm.dk we use analysis tools to analyse data traffic as log files from our website. We DON'T save or register data in this context. The purpose of this analysis is purely to detect tecnical defects and to improve the experience of our costumers at Heimdalentofarm.dk.
